Key Responsibilities
🛒 Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth across Latin American markets through direct sales and distributor channels.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners.
- Set and track KPIs for sales performance across the region.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and market intelligence reports.
📣 Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize campaigns, tools, and product launches.
- Contribute to trade show planning and regional event coordination.
- Analyze competitor activity and regional trends to refine positioning and messaging.
- Develop and manage targeted promotional programs with distributors.
⚖️ Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
- Maintain a working knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS).
- Coordinate with internal regulatory teams to support product registrations and renewals.
- Ensure distributor compliance with local product labeling, advertising, and ation laws.
✅ Qualifications
💼 Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device, dental, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven success in managing sales pipelines and growing distributor networks in LATAM.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and regulatory departments.
🌐 Regional Knowledge
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required); Portuguese highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of LATAM business culture, healthcare systems, and regulatory environments.
📚 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
